讲座题目：Interfacial passivation for highly efficientperovskite solar cell
Prof. Yiqiang Zhan obtained his Ph.D. in physics from Fudan University, China in 2005before moving to ISMN-CNR bologna, Italy as a postdoc. From 2007, he continuedhis research in Linkoping University, Sweden initially as a postdoc and then asan assistant professor. He joined Fudan University as an associate professor at2011 and has been promoted to Professor at 2016. He has authored andco-authored over 70 peer-viewed journal articles, with a google scholar H-indexof 23. His research interests include flexible electronics, smart electronics,material physics.
he interfacial trap state passivation is acritical factor for achieving a state-of-the-art perovskite solar cells. In ourrecent work, by introducing a thin modified layer of LiF or PbF2 to theinterface between SnO2 and perovskite, a better interface has beenrealized to achieve an efficient perovskite solar cell. It is observed that withthe help of the LiF or PbF2 modifyinglayer, the PVSC’s get a remarkable increase from 1.06V to 1.16 V in Voc and anenhancement in short current from 20.3 mAcm-2 to 21.8 mAcm-2.Our work highlights the importance of interface trap passivation and paves anew way to fabricate high performance PVSC with large Voc.
